#Simples (2009-07-02) If you are running Win2000 remember to turn on Wireless LAN support. Then use the software provided on the CD. For XP let the OS sort it out for you (as other reviewers have noted). For £10 this card enabled me to revive an old (Pentium III) laptop which I now use to connect to my music server anywhere I my house. No problems. Good value.
#Excellent piece of kit! (2009-07-01) Bought this wireless card on the strength of the other positive reviews. Was delivered quickly and well packaged with some basic instructions and the driver cd. The installation was VERY simple, even for a technophobe like me:With my laptop on, and connected to the internet via a cable, I pushed the card into place, and when prompted by windows placed the driver cd in the disk drive. . . . and that was it! A whirr and a couple of clicks later and it was done. Am using wireless internet in my room at the very top of a very large shared house (the att...
#Great product for its price! (2009-06-14) I needed a new wifi card since my laptop s died, and I received this one in just 3 days. It worked straight away under Windows 7, without needing the drivers. There s no problem of bandwidth or stability, everything s all right. This card is really worth its price!
#PCMCIA Wireless Adapter (2009-05-29) Instantly recognised by the laptop, didn t have to use the supplied CD, and works like a charm with excellent signal strength and range.
#No windows 98 or ME drivers (2009-05-25) If you are buying this for windows 98 or ME STOP!!!Unfortunately despite the advert and some of the other reviews declaring this has drivers for Windows 98 and windows ME it DOES NOT!. There are windows 98 drivers on the disk but for A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. You cannot get the right drivers from the web either. Luckily I could upgrade my old laptop to XP. The product does what it says with XP and does it well, but is just something for the bin if you have 98 or ME.

#Amazing value (2009-04-14) I needed a cheap wifi card for an old laptop and, having read other reviews, this seemed to fit perfectly. The card arrived promptly, was easy to set up with Windows XP and worked first time. Coverage is good throughout the house, so I have no complaints at this price.
#It definitely works and it s cheap too (2009-04-11) It works. I bought one for my mum s old laptop which had no Wifi adapter and bought one for my old laptop when the onboard Wifi adapter retired. It works. It is cheap. Who could want more?
#works with sony vio (2009-04-08) well worth the money, i let windows find the driver and connected staight to the net.
#It does the job! (2009-02-14) I plugged this little device in and my laptop just didn t want to link with the router. . . . I later discovered that I was lacking service packs from microsoft so after a long download of sp2 then sp3 it worked fine so that was my fault, not the link. My laptop was running really slow eventhough the connection was strong. . . a 2gig RAM replacement sorted it out nicely. . . it s like a new laptop now!
#Couldn t be much easier... (2009-02-04) Honestly, less than 5 mins from receiving the post to online. I cheated a bit having read the very helpful reviews here - don t install the software, just the drivers and use windows wi-fi connection manager. Great and super-easy improvement over my Netgear 511V2 which had developed issues .
