#very pleased with returns policy and efficiency (2009-06-29) I was impressed with the price of this VAIO and I know them to be great laptops. By the time this one had arrived my circumstances had changed and I no longer needed it. I was incredibly impressed with Amazon s return policy and quick reimbursement with minimal stress. Thanks Amazon!
#Software Removal (2009-06-25) As with a lot of people before me I am very pleased with this wonderful little package, but I am having some difficulty with connecting my iPod Classic, but the iTunes list does not vanish when I open this before connecting my iPod. I did find some difficulty in removing the 60 day trial version of McAfee Internet Security until I was told that I should find the complete removal tool mcpr. exe, only if you use this tool can you install another antivirus or internet security program. If all you do is uninstall in control panel it will most likely make you...
#Great product with a flaws. (2009-06-25) I recently bought this laptop directly from Amazon (new). The features on it are amazing. It s a very fast computer, compared to my 4-year-old desktop PC. I ve no major problems with it at all. Would highly recommend it to everyone. However there is one flaw I ve found. I installed iTunes, now the CD/DVD Drive is unable to burn (copy) CD/DVDs at all, including the back up/system restore DVDs. Still, I love the laptop, the features are easy-to-use. I m loving Vista, even though I thought it would be difficult coming from XP. It s not t...
#Shiny loveliness (2009-06-24) This really is a great machine, worth much more than what you pay for it I think. Only downside is the load of sony stuff installed, taking up valuable memory. Watch out for the hidden spy ware too!
#Sony Vaio NS20ES (2009-06-18) Got this for our son, and we re very happy with it (and he s overjoyed). Another review on Amazon mention problems with Wireless LAN links but we had no problems - just worked straight away with no set-up issues at all. The spec is comparable with similarly priced machines, and fine for running games such as Spore, while the finish is classy and the build quality is high #reassuringly solid) compared with other systems at this end of the range. Recommended.

#Excellent laptop (2009-06-13) I received this laptop about a week ago and I have got to say that I absolutely love it. It is really fast and is very much for people who want to run different programs at the same time. It does not take ages like my previous Dell laptop. Excellent value for the low price I paid. Only one thing I would have wanted is a webcam. This model does not have a webcam despite it being in the picture. That is the only reason I have not given it a 5 stars. I would definately advise you to buy this if you are looking for an upgrade.

The NC20 s class leading design and high performance features let you do even more on the move. The superb look and feel of its slim and elegant chassis is accentuated with unique styling, and mirrored by the high quality of its components and materials. Even though it is one of the worlds lightest netbook in its 10.2 class, weighing just 1.5kg with a powerful 6 cell battery, the NC20 s innovative design is packed with the latest technology for maximum mobility and productivity. It also incorporates a range of practical features, like a normal-size, ergonomic notebook PC style keyboard, to simplify life on the move. So when you need to stay in touch, but want to make a good impression the NC20 makes complete sense.

#Samsung N20 (2009-07-04) This laptop is really good, I am absolutely happy that I have bought it! There is only one thing I really dont like about it: If you take out the accu you have to put something instead because the laptop will loose its balance a little bit. . . . by constructing it like this they didnt think aboout people working home and using the charger. It would have been easy to build the back feet of the laptop not on the accu but on the laptop itself.
#Samsung NC20 (2009-07-03) I bought one of these 2 weeks ago, really smart portable netbook, it is worth the extra weight for the larger screen, it makes it more comfortable to view. The clarity of the screen is excelent and the glossy glass has caused no issues so far. The keyboard is slick and touch typing is no problem. Upgraded the memory to 2gb after a couple of days and noticed an improvement in performance, at £17 for the upgrade I would recommend it. All in all a good system. Only gave 4 stars as I have never given anything 5 stars
#Absolutely Fantastic (2009-07-01) It s fast, light, easy to set up and has a lovely screen. The screen is perfect size and looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend it.
#Samsun NV20 (2009-06-30) Bought this to use in a motor home and after a four week trip it has been excellent. As a non-tech person I found the machine so easy to set up and use. I doubled the memory and having newer done this before just followed the instructions in the very helpful user manual which is stored on the machine. We used the netbook for Internet access, and, having added Office Home for word processing, power point etc. The wireless connection was A1, picking up all across Sweden and Denmark and adding a TV dongle we were able to pick up local TV. As other people have...
#Superb Netbook (2009-06-26) I replaced my old ACER laptop with this Samsung netbook, laptop was old and I travel regularly so wanted something very portable. Was considering whether to replace with a laptop or netbook, heared about Samsung releasing the NC20 with 12 screen and already liked their NC10 and the only thing holding me back from buying that was the screen size. Opted to go for the NC20 and haven t been disappointed at all. Good build quality, good battery life, nice keyboard (although some keys in funny positions takes some getting used to), excellent screen although very ...

#Poor Battery Performance (2009-06-29) The product specification is excellent and the actual performance meets the specification with the exception of battery life. When using a 3 modem when out of the office I have failed to get more than 2 and a half hours of battery life. This seems a long way removed from the quoted figures. PS I have now received a new battery from Samsung and I am getting nearly 5 hours of battery life. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.
#A great netbook but problems with the wireless adapter (2009-06-22) I bought the NC20 a few weeks ago but unfortunately had to request a replacement due to a problem with the wireless adapter. This problem persisted with the replacement and I opted for a refund. As far as I could tell the problem was with the way the adapter deals with encryption. It was able to connect to the router but unable to access the internet when the router was encrypted with a WPA encryption. I intended to use the NC20 for travelling and as it couldn t deal with WPA encryption it was rendered useless. ...
#Great little computer (2009-06-14) I bought the NC20 simply to browse the internet, do the odd bit of word processing, etc and it ticks all the boxes for me. It s also a nice portable size to take away on trips yet is not so small that you can t see what s on the screen. If you re stuck between a laptop and a netbook then I d recommend the NC20 as it is easy to fit into a bag for transport abut is big enough to cope with most web pages.
#Samsung NC20 that extra couple of inches makes a big difference (2009-06-10) Dont bother with those 10 inch toy netbooks, pay a bit extra and get this very well made functional small notebook without the big price tag. I was a bit concerned about the new Via CPU but have no fear it is very good and equals or even may be better than the Intel Atom. OK it doesent have huge processing power but for normal internet and office use etc it is very fast, to be honest I have not seen it slow down for anything so unless you play a lot of HD movies or do video editing this baby will do a great ...
#Make sure this is what you need (2009-06-09) If I d been able to award 3. 5 stars, I would have done. 3 stars seems a little mean, though 4 would be too many. I ve had my Samsung NC20 for about 2 months now, and have used it extensively, including taking it on a 3 week trip to the USA where I used it daily in a variety of environments. There are plenty of nice things about this machine:- It looks great. Despite being white, I ve not had the expected problems with dirt and scratch marks. - Unless you re working in very bright conditions, or out of doors, the screen is beautiful. N...

#Simply Amazing (2009-07-04) This is the greatest laptop i have ever owned, if you are unsure if you should get this please do you will not regret it!!The graphics card is great (can even play games such as Call of duty 4!)I have never written a review before and i just have to because this laptop is just amazing. The performance is great and the look of the keyboard, screen is beautiful ,)
#good purchase (2009-06-27) bought this laptop mainly because of the 16:9 screen as I like to watch TV on the internet and it s really good quality. I would have thought the computer being faster but I suspect windows Vista has something to do with it, I think I ll go for Windows 7 when it comes out. Overall very satisfied.
#Would recommend this laptop (2009-06-21) After much searching to find the ideal laptop for me, I came across the Sony Vaio. Very stylish to look at, love the keyboard which is ideal for me as I touch type and find it difficult to do that on the more traditional keyboards where the keys are too close together! That s actually been one of my gripes with laptops in the past so I m so pleased to have found one that resolved this issue. Very fast and reliable, absolutely love it and would recommend it! Had it for a couple of months now and no problems. Delighted with my purchase!
#If a Danish beer made laptops, they would have probably made the FW31 (2009-04-10) A quick non tech review, plenty of those splattered all over the net, plus I am not that much of a techy anyway, I use the laptop for word processing, internet surfing, watching films, editing and storing pictures and family videos I bought this laptop purely based on ergonomics. The other competitors in the 16. 5 inch bracket were too dam ugly/businessy/pasticy to contemplate. I have to admit that when closed, the blue/grey plastic back is not much to look at, but once you open the lid, the view chang...
