#DNS 10 upgrade (2009-04-22) Dragon NaturallySpeaking Preferred 10. 0 (PC DVD)For a long time I used DNS 8, and the results achieved were excellent. I then decided to upgrade to the latest edition. Although some reviewers had a problem in upgrading, I did not. It was simple. I placed the CD in the drive, and clicked install. It removed DNS 8, and then installed DNS 10, retaining all my user information from DNS 8. The end result is that I am now obtaining an accuracy level approaching 100%. I recommend this product without reservation.

#excellent device (2008-12-25) I just got given this programme to help me with my university course and immediatly once installed it gets you to train it, after this there is very little problem learning how to use the programme, I can use it easily in microsoft word, to search the internet, even on msn (have to press send, not sure if there is a command for that) if you lack knowledge on the commands it s easy to find, with the new dialog box when you open and start using it.
