#incrediable little thing (2009-07-01) I had made plans to buy a netbook about 2 months before I bought this product, I also come to conclusion to buy this one week before I bought it. I was really looking forward to getting it so I made a mad decision to buy it early, incredible delivery by amazon coming the next morning. the moment the netbook was turned on I was gob smacked at the speed of this tiny little laptop had hidden inside it, not only did this impress me but when I got it I had 35% battery left, this lasted me 4 and a half hours in powersave mode with the brightness at a a...
#ee PC 1000HE (2009-06-29) There are now probably lighter and more compact net books about, however this has a very high spec - 160GB disk, excellent webcam, fast processor, bluetooth, etc. The only complaint is a slightly clattery keyboard - not firm. Screen quality is average. Overall a very usable & portable machine - fantastic battery life - it really is over six hours of continuous use and standby seems to go on for days.
#Excellent Netbook (2009-06-28) Excellent netbook. Very solidly built and feels like it could withstand some fairly rough treatment. Currently travelling in Asia with it and it is holding up extremely well. The wi-fi works well and has a similar range to that of my bigger laptop. The battery life seems to be around 6. 5hours with normal use (wi-fi on, screen at 50% brightness, etc. ) but I m sure more is possible. The keyboard is excellent - very easy to type on. The screen is superb and even the built-in speakers are quite reasonable. The built-in mics work really well fo...
#Which netbook to buy? (2009-06-26) I haven t bought this just yet (but will do if I get a few quid for my old Dell laptop on Ebay this weekend) but have been researching the options. If you are reading this then you are probably doing that too and like me wondering if it should be the Asus, the Acer or the Samsung. Here are my reasons for buying the Asus:1) It apparently has the best battery life. 2) It comes with MS Works (some of the others have a trial version of Office 2007 that presumably expires after a couple of months and then you have nothing - unless you want to fork out m...
#Asus Netbook (2009-06-26) Portable, almost full sized key board, great for web browsing and e mail around the house and in the garden, coffee shop and train! e storage means able to work on same doc on either netbook or pc. Phenomenal battery life.

#NC10 (2009-07-04) This is a superb piece of kit, however the only reason I m not rating at 5 stars is that it asks you to partition the hard drive on set up and I couldn t see a way not to! so i have a dual 80gb hard drive set up, of course it may be me thats the issue and not the machine, but in every other function this is a great little machine, quite fast, a good keyboard and a great screen, all the better for not being a reflection prone glossy item. The battery life is also excellent. so other that the hard drive blip (and that may be me!) I would thoroughly recommend this por...
#Excellent product, good price (2009-07-02) I was looking for a netbook with long-life battery, 10 screen and reasonably sized keyboard, and it showed that Samsung NC10 has all that. I can listen to music, watch movies, surf the net, manage documents, store my data and even do some coding (Visual studio 200 Express edition works smoothly). Very good product for the price.
#Best value netbook on the market! (2009-07-01) For years I have been looking for a reasonably priced laptop which is small enough to carry around without weighing me down but powerful enough to do all those day to day tasks. I was recently lucky enough to test a new netbook for a couple of months which convinced me that these products have now reached the point that it was worth me getting one, having looked at a lot of reviews I decided not to get the one I had been testing but to try out the NC10, it had some great feedback, is really good value for money and is easily upgradable to ...
#fine but fragile (2009-06-30) excellent product but it did blow up on me whilst i was using it abroad - and where i was (japan) had no support for it. I returned it to amazon and they promptly sent a replacement which since then has had no problems.
#Samsung NC10 10.2-inch Netbook (2009-06-27) Bought this Netbook in May this year and have not been disappointed. It has certainly lived up to the excellent reviews about it on other websites. Although small and compact, the case quality is very durable, the screen is very sharp and the brightness can be adjusted to enable it to be read even in bright daylight. The keyboard is of good quality and positive to use and although a little smaller than normal sized Laptops, is still big enough even for the larger hands . Just used it abroad in Turkey and WIFI access is excellent, picking u...

#Neat Netbook (2009-07-03) Toy size, but definitely not a toy. Performs just like a conventional desktop, but has no extras, so you need to buy a portable DVD drive. Does anyone still use floppies? Not with this you don t, but memory sticks plug neatly into the USB slots. Light in weight but no lightweight. Constant travellers will not want to be without one.
#Samsung NC10 netbook (2009-06-27) This was a 25th Wedding Anniversary present for my wife and she loves it! I have used the netbook, and while not quite on a par with a full blown laptop, it s not half bad! There are some little quirks that you ll discover whilst in use but nothing that should deter you from making a purchase if you are thinking of buying a netbook. If I needed something ultra-portable with great battery life then I wouldn t hesitate to seriously look at the NC10 for myself.
#samsung nc exceptional autonomy (2009-06-19) Battery works for over 4 hours . . watching videos and reading docs. It always quiet fast during the boot, I have anywai installed my own version of Win XP. Laptop works well also with teh latest release (9. 02) of Ubuntu for laptops ( netbook remix), expetrnal output included and without dealing with any issue. A good purchase. by the way I installed 2 GB of Ram.
#Little beauty (2009-06-18) Bought this netbook for my wife s birthday, she loves it and, so do I. It s easy to see why the Samsung NC10 has such good reviews, fantastic battery life, great keyboard, loads of memory, wireless has an excellent range and bluetooth is a bonus. Windows XP is always worth having but pity it doesn t come with Word and Excel. Plenty of USB s (3), so treat yourself to a wireless mouse, I bought a blue microsoft one to match the NC10. Overall, this feature packed netbook represents great value for money and the delivery from Amazon was amazing - ordered 3. 0...
#Samsung NC10 Netbook (2009-06-17) Impressive delivery time - the netbook arrived 2 days after ordering even though I d elected for normal delivery. Chose the Samsung NC10 because we liked:- the build quality, the spacious keyboard, Windows XP, webcam, its lightness and importantly for us, the long battery life, (7 hours). Have just returned from holiday and it didn t disappoint on any level. We have just loaded Office onto it and so we should now meet all our needs.

#great little bundle of fun (2009-07-02) we got this for our sisters 18th birthday as she is a student travelling from edinburgh to falkirk. it was delivered within 48 hours of ordering it and it is so easy to use. great for a first time netbook.
#Acer Aspre One OS (2009-06-29) If anyone out there has become infuriated with the Linpus Lite OS that ships with this netbook than I would highly recommend switching to the Ubuntu Netbook Remix (UNR) instead. It is fully customisable, no more adding lines of codes to things or fiddling to get something to appear in a menu. Linpus really doesn t do Linux justice and you ll be saving yourself time in the long run. Once installed (which, once properly put on a USB stick, takes about 10-15 minutes) it works out the box and there s great documentation on it and others using UNR with the...
#Aspire One - Cracked Screen (2009-06-27) I recently brought a new Acer Aspire One AOA 150 net-book from Amazon a great little computer that does everything I want it to do. However, I have just got it out of my padded laptop bag to find that the screen is cracked. I am mystified by this as I have not dropped the laptop or the bag I have been carrying it in. I have looked on the Web and it would seem from some of the discussion forums I have looked at that this is a design fault with the Aspire One. I will now have to buy a replacement screen (£50 is the cheapest I can find) and f...
#Worst Seller (2009-06-24) Beware of this seller, they dont have stock though claims to have. You order will be delayed indefinitly.
#disapointment (2009-06-23) This product is being sold thru a company called EXPANSYS . i placed my order last weekend and still dont have the goods. Expansys america tells me they dont actually have stocks in uk even though they are advertising next day delivery. another untruth was the lady in uk office saying they would despatch todayamerica says not. what type of company is this ?amazon should check stocks first before offering goods this avoids big disapointments.

#Extremely good machine (2009-07-03) I bought this product for my wife. The white colour with matt finish and sleek built makes this laptop exremely good looking. The keyboard is near full size which makes it easier to type contrary to other machines in the same category. I personally have a high end HP laptop but i couldnt feel any difference in performance on working on this samsung machine. The fan also is extremely quiet. The battery life is good as well. Only thing what i didnt like that much abt this laptop was the sound as the max volume is not good enough to listen to song...
#Superb netbook from Samsung (2009-06-26) Have been using the NC10 for about a month now, its a superb bit of kit. Main pluses:-- Battery life is 6+ hours, as claimed. - Excellent display and have been using it in the garden to watch video on BBC website, such as Wimbledon, Confederations Cup etc. Backlit display means it can easily cope with outdoor use, will be watching Glastonbury on it later on! - Screen size is great for web browsing - its main use - as web pages fit into the screen, no scrolling needed. - Easy to upgrade RAM to 2Gb. - Quick startup into XP, about 20 seconds. ...
#Without doub the best Netbook choice (2009-06-19) Took a long time and a lot of researching the net and PC worlds to get to this. The 270 might now last a bit longer (9 compared to 6+ on the NC10), but its a lot more to pay for those extra hours and as yet I have never failed to achieve 6+ hours out of the battery (suggests 8 when almost everyhting is off or on minimum but never tested this). Had it 4 months now and its been dragged around most of Europe, dropped and squashed and still works faultlessly and fast connects to any available WiFi. Got the disk over half full and still...
#It does what it says on the tin! (2009-06-19) It s a fantastic piec eof equipment for work ont he go! I ve had it for few months now and I am very pleased with it. It copes well even with my stats software, which is great. It s also sturdy enough, having survived few falls and bumps unschathed! Buy it!
#Excellent netbook with good performance. (2009-06-18) Works well. Only problem it presented was with the latest version of messenger and video chats, but downgrading helped. Other than that, it behaes well, runs MS office perfectly, and is quite pretty. Its a definite buy for people looking for a neetbok style machine (and you have to realize that these machines do have their limitations. . . for me, the biggest one is screen size). It does what it is supposed to perfectly.
