#Great service, many thanks (2009-06-18) My camera is bit heavy for this model I should have gone for the DSLR version I suspect - but that s my fault :-)
#Fantastic until bust (2009-06-11) This is a great idea for a small compact camera and worked fantastically 9 months. Sadly the top joint has now snapped off rendering the stand unusable. I would recommend purchase but only if you accept that it may not last all that long.
#Great little gadget! (2009-06-11) This tripod is small and extremely versatile. I bought it to support my camera when we go hillwalking. The legs are amazingly bendy and can be wrapped round poles, branches etc. to provide a firm platform.
#A tripod with Extra. (2009-06-06) Joby Gorillapod is so adaptable and at the price is a must for small digital camera owners.
#Roger Shinn Essex (2009-06-06) This is a most usefull piece of kit I Geocache and very often have to take photo s in most unusual places hands free, five star recommedaton.

#Gorillapod SLR Zoom (2009-07-01) The Gorillapod takes a bit of getting used to, because although the bendy legs move in all directions, making them hold to the object and point in the correct direction and at the correct angle you want requires practice, but when you get the hang of it, it is very usefull and goes in places other larger tripods can not hope to match.
#Superb! (2009-06-27) Bought this as a present. They had recently been to Snowdon in Wales and had terrible trouble trying to balance their camera on a rock! Bought this and now all their problems are solved, having great fun playing with it and my little brother loves it too as it s so bendy and can be attached to pretty much anything. Great product, wish I d thought of it!!
#A great little buddy for your camera (2009-06-20) Rarely do I come across a product which is entirely fit for purpose in every way!I have been debating whether or not to shell out for this item for a while now, and finally decided that they were sought-after enough for me to sell it on if I did not like it. But that won t be happening. . . I have instantly fallen in love with the Gorillapod, and here is why:The joints in the legs are both strong and flexible, moving when you want them to but holding on for dear life when they are in position. Each leg segment has a rubber ring arou...
#Nice (2009-04-28) I really like this tripod because you can set your camera up just about anywhere. The only criticisms are that it is difficult to make small adjustments to the camera position, and I think it really should come with the gadget you can buy separately which has a quick mount clip, and built in spirit level.
#Really Useful Flexible Gadget (2009-04-17) I have been a fan of Monopods for years but they are bulky and heavy. I bought the Gorillapod as an alternative and it has a number of key advantages over a Monopod1-Its very light2-It can be spread out and used like a mini Tripod3-It can be fixed to loads of real world things like chairs lampposts, walls, beams, trees, barriers. 4-It can be hand held in the freezing cold and the plastic is less chilling to your hands (than a metal monopod)5-It can be used in certain locations where a Monopod or Tripod might be bannedThe main disadvantages1-I...

The Joby Gorillapod firmly secures your camera to just about anything- anywhere and everywhere! Unlike traditional tripods, the gorillapod doesn t require an elevated surface for you to take the perfect shot.

#OK (2009-06-30) Joby Gorillapod - SLRIt s exactly what I was looking for, even if it s not a pro tripod you can take it everywhere, its light weight and its flexibility have changed the way I take pics during my trips.
#Joby Gorillapod - SLR (2009-06-21) This product is so handy. It is nice and light and so is easy to carry around. It is really strong and flexible and so is much better than normal rigid tripods - Ingenious!!
#Product and Refund review (2009-06-17) The product was fine. However, two of these items were ordered by mistake and the retailer, Bmcdigital, had to be reminded about the refund. I had this gut feeling that it might have been ignored without the prompt.
#Essential Kit (2009-06-13) An essential addition to any camera bag, whether your camera is a compact or DSLR. Small and light but so versatile, giving fixed or free-standing tripod stability wherever you are, and whatever the terrain. Highly recommended.
#Buy a Gorillapod !! (2009-05-14) Bought this for £3. 99 on eBay from China. . . . best £3. 99 value ever :) No more lugging around a big aluminium tripod -- or leaving it in the car when I could have done with it. . . . . The Gorillapod fits in a pocket for that photo opportunity where YOU want to be in the picture!! It will fit virtually anywhere -- a car wing mirror recently! It seems to fascinate everybody who hasn t seen one before. Highly recommended.

#Thought I wouldn t need this... (2009-06-13) Got the flip, but resisted the stand. It is good for creating videos with yourself in them, but other than that you could go without, easily. For all those self loving fans of the flip. . . buy, buy, buy!
#It Does What It Says On The Tin (2009-04-08) As I say in my title, it does what it says on the tin. It suits me perfectly because I just wanted something to keep my camcorder steady. If you re looking for a big tripod then obviously you wouldn t buy this little mini one, but if you just want an inexpensive little tripod that does the job, this is perfect. The legs bend so you can adjust the angle which is useful. I often use it with my mini camcorder even when I am filming while walking around, because I find it easier to keep the camcorder steady when holidng it by gripping the tr...
#ok but not great (2008-11-18) I like the coloured end caps for the legs but this is the most basic tripod! This tripod does not have a swivel head on top which means you can only video things that are straight in from of the video. although you can slightly angle the view up or down by spreading the tripd legs in different parts you cannot get an acute angle. Not good if you are doing product reviews for you tube!

234RC. Simple tilt head to allow a camera on a Monopod to be turned 90° to provide either vertical or horizontal format. With quick release camera plate system and secondary safety lock.

#good head (2009-07-01) with this head you can take portrait as well as landscape pics when using manfrotto monopods, the quick release system also works with the bigger tripods, so you can just leave the quick release on the camera all the time
#234RC Ball head (2009-06-25) It was apparent that it had been used, and quietly put back in the packaging. Stiff locking, stiff handle under the quick release plate - and a tad dirty. Cleaning and oiling has helped somewhat, but will need further oiling. Decided to keep it. A simple and robust [mainly metal] ball head. Well priced for a quick release version. Gets 4 stars since it wasn t brand new.
#Brilliant teamwork (2009-06-04) Manfrotto Monopod Head Quick ReleaseIwas directed to the quick-release head for the monopod and am I glad. The monopod can be used perfectly well without but the quick-release head makes it infinitely more available. Bought both to team with my digital SLR(Fuji S5Pro) and a 400mm lens as I was going on a trip to Zambia. This involved several dawn/dusk safari trips in the back of an open-topped Landcruiser and the Manfrotto combo was perfect. As a result I was able to capture some stunning shots of wildlife which would have been nigh impossible otherw...
#good product (2009-05-09) I bought this for use with a manfrotto monopod and it works fine. Its quite small so probably not ideal for larger heavier cameras. Manfrotto products are well made- I ve had a tripod for 20 years and its like new.
#An ideal monopod head (2009-04-23) I bought this head to replace the head on an old trusty monopod and bring it into line with the quick release on my tripod (a Manfrotto). It is an adeal monopod head, simple, sturdy and not too costly. The quick release can be locked into place should you wish a bit of extra security when carrying your camera about on the monopod but is really secure enough without the lock. There s little to say about such an uncomplicated piece of kit but its worth the cost over cheaper makes and will probably last a very long time. Andy
