#Great service, many thanks (2009-06-18) My camera is bit heavy for this model I should have gone for the DSLR version I suspect - but that s my fault :-)
#Fantastic until bust (2009-06-11) This is a great idea for a small compact camera and worked fantastically 9 months. Sadly the top joint has now snapped off rendering the stand unusable. I would recommend purchase but only if you accept that it may not last all that long.
#Great little gadget! (2009-06-11) This tripod is small and extremely versatile. I bought it to support my camera when we go hillwalking. The legs are amazingly bendy and can be wrapped round poles, branches etc. to provide a firm platform.
#A tripod with Extra. (2009-06-06) Joby Gorillapod is so adaptable and at the price is a must for small digital camera owners.
#Roger Shinn Essex (2009-06-06) This is a most usefull piece of kit I Geocache and very often have to take photo s in most unusual places hands free, five star recommedaton.

#Gorillapod SLR Zoom (2009-07-01) The Gorillapod takes a bit of getting used to, because although the bendy legs move in all directions, making them hold to the object and point in the correct direction and at the correct angle you want requires practice, but when you get the hang of it, it is very usefull and goes in places other larger tripods can not hope to match.
#Superb! (2009-06-27) Bought this as a present. They had recently been to Snowdon in Wales and had terrible trouble trying to balance their camera on a rock! Bought this and now all their problems are solved, having great fun playing with it and my little brother loves it too as it s so bendy and can be attached to pretty much anything. Great product, wish I d thought of it!!
#A great little buddy for your camera (2009-06-20) Rarely do I come across a product which is entirely fit for purpose in every way!I have been debating whether or not to shell out for this item for a while now, and finally decided that they were sought-after enough for me to sell it on if I did not like it. But that won t be happening. . . I have instantly fallen in love with the Gorillapod, and here is why:The joints in the legs are both strong and flexible, moving when you want them to but holding on for dear life when they are in position. Each leg segment has a rubber ring arou...
#Nice (2009-04-28) I really like this tripod because you can set your camera up just about anywhere. The only criticisms are that it is difficult to make small adjustments to the camera position, and I think it really should come with the gadget you can buy separately which has a quick mount clip, and built in spirit level.
#Really Useful Flexible Gadget (2009-04-17) I have been a fan of Monopods for years but they are bulky and heavy. I bought the Gorillapod as an alternative and it has a number of key advantages over a Monopod1-Its very light2-It can be spread out and used like a mini Tripod3-It can be fixed to loads of real world things like chairs lampposts, walls, beams, trees, barriers. 4-It can be hand held in the freezing cold and the plastic is less chilling to your hands (than a metal monopod)5-It can be used in certain locations where a Monopod or Tripod might be bannedThe main disadvantages1-I...

#Unbelievable price for such good quality (2009-06-22) Well, at the price this was sold at, I was truly not expecting a great product but, as I am just starting out and have never used a tripod before, I thought that I would just go for something simple and cheap to start the ball rolling and perhaps later, once I know what I need out of a tripod, I would research a bit and buy a better one. Well, now I am THINKING AGAIN, this tripod is amazing - adjustable every which way I need, sturdy construction, easy to use and handy spirit levels built in too. Seller was great too - arrived in no...
#Excellent value for money (2009-06-13) This is probably the best value for money product I have ever purchased! I do use it with a compact camera so not sure how it would fair with the larger SLR s and I have seen some negative reviews. But for me it s excellent. Taken some amazing shots. It s sturdy with so many different adjustments. Is good construction, fairly strong, not wobbly. Great carry case. and for £10 it s an absolute bargain! Used it numerous times without any problems.
#A bargain (2009-06-13) I wasnt expecting too much, and Im pleasantly suprised at how good this bargainous tripod is. Got it for a Bresser scope (also for stupid money) and it holds it perfectly. Probably more adjustments than Ill often need, certainly far taller than Ill ever need, but pretty stable when low down. Also has a couple of spirit levels, probably more suitable for camera work. Some of the plastic fittins do seem a little cheap and maybe Ill regret the purchase sooner than Id hope, but for this sort of money I dont know how much you should expect. Do watch out for pack...
#you get what you pay for (2009-06-09) this is a cheap item and so is its build quality. i bought it to use as a mount for a spotting scope , the head is not secure enough to hold the scope steady and therefore is useless for this job as it causes movement and blurred image.
#Great product for a beginner (2009-06-01) Being fairly new to photography, when it came to choosing a tripod, I didn t have a clue. After looking at various photography advice sites and going away even more confused I decided to rely on the good feedback on Amazon for this tripod. Since it arrived I have used it a lot and it didn t take long to get to grips with the different functions. It s sturdy enough (i use it indoors only at the moment) and gives my camera the stability it needs. Really good value too.

The Joby Gorillapod firmly secures your camera to just about anything- anywhere and everywhere! Unlike traditional tripods, the gorillapod doesn t require an elevated surface for you to take the perfect shot.

#OK (2009-06-30) Joby Gorillapod - SLRIt s exactly what I was looking for, even if it s not a pro tripod you can take it everywhere, its light weight and its flexibility have changed the way I take pics during my trips.
#Joby Gorillapod - SLR (2009-06-21) This product is so handy. It is nice and light and so is easy to carry around. It is really strong and flexible and so is much better than normal rigid tripods - Ingenious!!
#Product and Refund review (2009-06-17) The product was fine. However, two of these items were ordered by mistake and the retailer, Bmcdigital, had to be reminded about the refund. I had this gut feeling that it might have been ignored without the prompt.
#Essential Kit (2009-06-13) An essential addition to any camera bag, whether your camera is a compact or DSLR. Small and light but so versatile, giving fixed or free-standing tripod stability wherever you are, and whatever the terrain. Highly recommended.
#Buy a Gorillapod !! (2009-05-14) Bought this for £3. 99 on eBay from China. . . . best £3. 99 value ever :) No more lugging around a big aluminium tripod -- or leaving it in the car when I could have done with it. . . . . The Gorillapod fits in a pocket for that photo opportunity where YOU want to be in the picture!! It will fit virtually anywhere -- a car wing mirror recently! It seems to fascinate everybody who hasn t seen one before. Highly recommended.

#Functional and cheap (2009-07-02) I wanted a tripod for family pictures that was both cheap and light-weight. The Hama Star 75 Tripod fit the bill perfectly. It is the perfect purchase if you are a weekend photographer but can be unstable for serious use. It simply doesn t weigh enough.
#Very good for the price (2009-07-01) Really good value product. It folds up small enough to carry in a rucksack. Another reviewer has said that it isn t suitable for large cameras and I d have to agree that it doesn t have the weight to counterbalance a big lens, but for non-SLR digital cameras it seems fine: with a Panasonic DMC-FZ28 on it remains stable, for example. Seems fairly robust for indoor use and for light outdoor use.

#An excellent tripod at an even better price. (2009-05-16) This is an excellent starting tripod. To be honest I don t know what I d do with a better tripod that this doesn t do! It folds up and collapses down to a good size (about 30-40cm long) and comes with a bag. It s made of aluminium too so it s nice and light. I d recommend this product to anyone as their 1st tripod.
#Very functional cheap tripod for beginners (2009-05-08) As a beginner in photography, I was after a tripod to capture still pictures like portraits, and better effect pictures like HDR. The product is light, easy to use, very portable. It has a spirit level next to where you screw the tripod to the base of camera incase you are worried about any perfections in lining up a shot which is not 90 degrees. The attachment to the camera itself, is dislocated by a lever at the top of the tripod which makes it easy to screw into a camera. The lever is then pushed back and the camera attache...
