#Sony NP-FH50 Camcorder Battery (2009-06-11) I bought this for my Sony DCR-SR37E as i wanted a spare battery with a little extra capacity than with the one supplied. I also wanted to buy a genuine Sony product as i have heard they work and last a lot better than other makes. Fully charged this battery lasted over 2 hours, recording in high quality, and came in very useful on a holiday i recently took to Florida. I would recommend this to anyone, well worth the price.

#Great batteries. Great price. (2009-01-12) Bought these to replace batteries in a car key. Brilliant. Work great and also work in other devices you would expect them to work in. Also, hats off to the seller who priced the batteries sensibly with honest postage prices. I for one am fed up with sellers who treat us like idiots and sell stuff for a penny with huge postage costs. Sellers like this should be applauded and encouraged.

#REVIEWS? WHO DO WE TRUST? (2009-06-19) It s all very well perusing reviews, but, who s do we trust? I m personally very suspicious of out-and-out negativity of cheaper compatible-product lines. Strikes me these put-offs of the cheaper product could be inserted by big-name-brand companies for obvious reasons. What a dilemma for the amateur photographer like me?

#Frankly rubbish - avoid (2009-05-11) Had the product for around 3 months in which time it was only used a handful of times. After 3 months the battery has failed completely, no longer accepts a charge at all. I suggest potential buyers think twice and only go for the genuine Nikon version.

#Low performance and not as much a bargain as it may seem. (2009-02-12) I m afraid this battery is not a patch on Nikon s own EN-EL9 battery. It only holds a fraction of the charge of the Nikon, and using it in the morning after charging the previous night makes it run flat very quickly indeed. It does not hold its charge well. You would really have to charge it immediately before use and even then it doesn t take anywhere near as many pictures as Nikon s own, which is what matters when you re out in the middle of nowhere without a power point to recharge from. #I was rather Iffy about this. (2008-11-27) I took a while to make up my mind on this item simply because, as a rule, I tend to go along with the Original is best view. Well ---- I can honestly say that I was wrong this time. This battery is so good I bought two! Seems to work as well as my Nikon batteries. They may not last as long, only time will tell, but as a back up battery this is a wonderful buy. So far they match Nikon in every way. Recommended.
