#USB CD/DVD player (2009-06-28) Good product - works out of the box - works well with my Dell Mini 10. Arrive in time - albeit 6 days which is a bit slow for first class mail !!. Writes CDs and plays Dvds only so beware if you think it will write Dvds !. Comes with two leads one for the USB link and one for USB power - just in case your PC limits the power output from the USB sockets so thats a good design. Leads are also included as well - which also helps a lot.

#Compact and good value for money. (2009-06-25) About as small as I d expect an external DVD drive to get - very compact. It has a nice matt ruberised coating, although this is already starting to come off at the corners after a few month use. I do cart it around in my backpack unprotected though, so that s not really a surprise. It works well with my Samsung NC10. I had to look online to find DVD software, as it doesn t come with any, but that s not realy a problem. Overall, thumbs up: It works well, is compact and good value for money.

#Just don t do it... (2009-06-15) Under no circumstances buy this product. I bought this CD Rom drive for my Notebook and having wasted money on this and on downloading drivers to use it, it still does not work. A complete waste of time and money. Do not, do not buy it. Pay for something with a brand name on it, it will be safer! I wish I can give it zero stars, it really is rubbish. I am only sorry I have to be harsh, but I am really quite frustrated with it.

#good ,solid little peice of kit (2009-07-02) I originally bought this drive to backup the system on my girlfriends netbook, no drivers are needed as windows will install everything automatically for you. It has done every job expected of it, and has proved a good investment. It is reasonably cheap and gets it s juice from whatever usb slot is free. You will need two free slots on the computer you attach it to, 1 for data transfer and 1 for power.

I found it can t read a CD unless completely level, so if used with a laptop you ll need to sit at a desk. #External Slim CD-ROM drive for my Akoya E1210 (2009-05-13) It does what it s supposed to do! It is slim and lightweight but feels strong in its metal case. It s good to look at and comes with USB and USB/power cables and software - although my Akoya didn t need it. It means that I can load new programs from a CD.

#No need to look elsewhere - this laptop backpack is a winner! (2009-05-23) Agree with previous reviews. I ve had this backpack for about 6 months now and use it everyday and it shows no sign of wear & tear - most importantly neither does my macbook. Comfortable straps, excellent padding & good size without being bulky or obvious that you are carrying a laptop. #Toshiba Hard Drive (2009-06-01) I bought the hard drive mainly to store school work and to backup files on my laptop, i was dissapointed when i recieved it as the hard drive came in a flimsy box and the usb cable they provided was about 10cm. Problems started to occur with the usb cable they provided. Every time the usb cable was touched, ever so slightly, it would cut off power to the hard drive and turn it off which made it impossible to transfer files the drive. i reccomend that customers buy a bigger cable if you getting the toshiba hard drive.
