#Satisfaction (2009-07-02) On Monday evening our trusty Sony trinitron CRT TV died in the middle of our enjoying tennis at Wimbledon. A hasty hunt via Google left me considering the Panasonic TX-P37X10B. Tuesday morning found Amazon had the best deal plus there were nothing but 5 star reviews so the order was made for express delivery by 1pm Thursday (full marks for that - it arrived 11. 57). It was up and running shortly after, in time for the 2nd Ladies semi-final. Straightforward, superb picture, sound VG, no motion problems whatsoever, easy everything. Can t believe what we ve ...
#more than happy (2009-06-24) Like a previous reviewer I won t go into detail because the good reviews are 10 a penny! Just my one tip - if when watching sky you find the banners are a little pixelated (especially the yellow areas) then find 3D comb in the picture set up menu and turn to on. Makes a big difference. This TV really is a top bit of kit. It s much better looking than it appears in the pictures too, the bottom of the set looks dull but it s actually shiny all over apart from a thin line running widthways beneath the brand name. I d recommend it to anyone
#Excellent TV (2009-06-09) Had the Panasonic TX-P37X10B 37-inch Widescreen HD Ready Plasma TV with Freeviewthree weeks. Delivery was very good, set up easy,Picture colour and clarity and the sound are excellent. Hoping to purchase a Blue Ray DVD player and DVD recorder with hard disc to complement it. Reviewing all my DVD,s, Lord of the Rings parts 1,2 and 3 were excellent. Excellent for sport and programmes like coast.
#Great all rounder (2009-06-08) This is my first foray into the world of HD TV. I wanted a TV that was good with both standard def terrestrial TV as well as HD content, and this Panasonic fits the bill nicely. Freeview looks just as good as it did on my old Sony Trinitron, if not better thanks to the 100Hz refresh rate (less noticeable flickering). Contrast, colour and motion are all handled very well. The black levels are also excellent. I definitely preferred the picture on this TV over any similarly priced LCD that I looked at, especially when it comes to standard definition...
#stunning value (2009-05-30) Like many others I have researched hundreds of TV s and have agonised over the whole lcd and plasma debate. I have now had this TV for week and wanted to delay reviewing it to give an honest account. I am absolutely chuffed with my decision in buying this television. Even without having a full 1080p HD resolution, this TV is stunning and is better than any of its rivals at this price. If you feed this TV a decent signal (mine is through a Virgin media box), you will see a great range of colours and excellent black levels. Linked to an xbox 360, it is li...

#TV PURCHASE (2009-06-22) i have no issues at all with the TV, the TV is very stylish and excellent quality, easy to set up, i even purchased a separate satelite dish from Amazon and installed it myself. i did have a major problem with Amazon though, i purchased the tv on a friday with a delivery date of the following wednesday, i used the tracking number with Citylink and saw it had left amazon and gone to the depot, i waited and watched until wednesday night and the tracking message did not change, thursday no change, friday i contacted Citylink and they told me that the TV had gone ...
#100% satisfied (2009-06-22) No faulting this set. Excellent picture good sound. Better bezel IMHO than previous panasonic tvs I have owned. Freesat HD is excellent. Hook up to your sky dish as I did and away you go. Very happy in Dublin.
#A qualified triumph (2009-06-18) I initially wanted to buy its big brother - the V10 - because of its apparently svelte looks when compared to the G10 s sombre facade. However when I finally got to see the two machines side-by-side at John Lewis there was no contest. The G10 suddenly appeared handsome, purposeful and solid. With regard to the picture however it was love at first sight. Panasonic s extravagant claims have all been borne out. Motion clarity is excellent. Almost judder-free when panning, fast-moving objects always remain razor sharp. The contrast and colour range, a...
#Great Panasonc Plasma Full HD TV (2009-05-29) I can definately recommend this TV, the picture and ease of use is fantastic. It does exactly what it says on the tin, has a freeview tuner, an analogue one (if you still need it), and a Freesat tuner. All housed in a fairly slim unit. There are others that are a lot more svelt from Philips and LG, but I can t tell how thick it is when I m watching from the other side so I don t care. If you need more features, or indeed want a slimmer TV, there are new higher up the range TV s due out from Panasonic in the next month apparently. I didn...
#Stunning picture quality... (2009-05-28) With the rapidly increasing numbers of true HD TVs now out there, which one do you choose for your main living room set up? Well, here s a great contender for your money. In either its 42 or 46 iteration the picture quality from this latest mid range Panasonic plasma TV is absolutely superb and still maintains a visible lead over the best top end LCD TVs for sheer depth of colour and realism - check it out in store with a fast moving Blu-ray movie if you need convincing. And, if you ve got a satellite dish, the built in Freesat delivers BBC HD...

#Lovely piece of kit (2009-07-02) Great for watching sport, was a little concerned switching from 100Hz CRT to flat screen that action would be blurred so did a lot of research - looking for smooth flow and to keep the price reasonable . . . the compromise here was it s not 1080 and it s not the up to date model. . but the 100Hz plasma more than makes up for that. . . found picture quality superb on freeview provided, sky + & dvd, (will prob get sky HD and a Blue Ray player in due course) set up is easy - small stand provided - (also got Icon - Premium Glass Stand Icon - Premium Gl...
#Pretty good plasma (2009-06-26) Have looked at the purchase of a larger flat screen to replace my 27 Panasonic CRT for some time. The reviews on this one were quite good and for the price it seemed good value so I gave it a go. Came by Amazon free delivery in two days so no problem there, easy to set up. Very pleased with it, I m not a techie but it was easy to adjust colour balance etc and picture is very natural compared with LCDs I have looked at. Works great on the built in freeview and also works also well with my Panasonic DVD recorder on the Viera link. Overall a straight for...
#Go for it ! (2009-06-11) If like me, you ve had a good telly ( in my case a Sony 28 4:3 CRT )for over 20 years and are totally bemused by the wide array of LCD widescreens now available and you would like to upgrade but don t want the expense of HD - Fear not - you have found the solution!!!Ignore the hype and hesitate no more, click on one of these beauties while you still can! This Plasma screen has a tough glass front - No worries. Plug in and switch on - No complex setting up (picture excellent and will even get better as it beds in (we are told!))I am using a sky+ and a standard DV...
#Brilliant! (2009-05-30) My wife and I are both very pleased with this TV, which was a replacement for a Panasonic 28 CRT which had developed a slight picture defect after 11 years of excellent service (so no complaints there eh?)But this Plasma TV is excellent value, both picture and sound are superb. We also did a DIY Freesat installation and the HD channels on Freesat are very sharp, every bit as good as we expected. The design is a bit retro, but I find the high gloss black surround and stand aesthetically pleasant to look at.
#Exceptional quality display (2009-05-22) I bought one of these after having a Panasonic px80 for a short period. These unit need proper bedding in for the first few hundred hours display (or much shorter if you use a utility like jscreenfix). The display does improve further after this bedding in period. To keep this short, the display is excellent, both SD and HD despite this only being a HD ready resolution. Blacks are deep and detail is fabulously clear,Regarding size: You need at least a 12 *12 room for these 42 screens not to be somewhat overpowering. I would suggest that for ...

#Excellent value for money (2009-06-02) Did a lot of research before buying and determined that this was the best value for money purchase for those like myself still mainly watching standard definition TV. Set looks superb with the glass front however it was picture and price that determined it for me. TV is a doddle to set up and use and there were no image retention issues that some people talk of. Set has got noticeably better as it logs more hours and the divx playback from usb stick is a nice little bonus. As far as HD goes I have not tried it but saw a demo in a shop which was ...
