#It Simply Doesnt Work (2009-06-22) Bought this item to copy some old 8mm Camcorder tapes. . Opened the packaging with anticipation only to find the Install disc was in French! - still carried on - followed the limited instructions and could not get a single image to appear. Read all the instructions I could find on the Internet and nothing worked. AFter an hour of frustration removed the device, packed it up and sent it back to Amazon. Complete waste of money and my time - Avoid like the plague.

#EZ a Reality (2009-06-06) I was looking for something easy and this was just what the Doctor ordered. Connections to my computer directly to my video camera was very simple. Beginning a recording and transferring to CD was a simple as 1-2-3. As a surprised bonus the software allows you to capture photos while video recording for some even better pictures. I would have to say this has been my best purchase to this date.

Be warned: If you are using these CDs to burn A LOT of music, like I needed to, then you will use A LOT of the Cds as well. When it says 700MB - it doesn t mean 700MB of music (like at the bottom of itunes), it s completely different with audio. One of these CDs can store Roughly. . 80 minutes of music. #Printable? I don t think so! (2007-12-13) I bought these because the technical spec of these discs (see above) says they are inkjet printable. Well, I suppose they might be but only if you don t mind having the manufacturer s name and the capacity of the disc incorporated into your artwork! Have a look at the alternative photo (again, see above) and you ll see they are far from blank. There is no mention at all of the word printable on the packaging so my guess is that Amazon s tech spec is wrong so beware. #Good (2009-06-07) Product is very cheap but discs are not scratchproof. TDK discs which I bought earlier were scratch proof and sony camecorder didn t used to complaint for sony discs. With these discs, Sonly camecorder works fine but gives a warning sign to use Sony discs.

#Nice disks (2009-07-02) Bought these after reading the mostly excellent reviews and I can say I m not disapointed. I haven t used lightscribe discs before so I can t compare them to other brands but the results in both recording (no coasters) and burning the image to the gold surface are impressive. I d definitely buy these again.

#Great results (2009-05-26) I have used lightscribe in the past to create professional mix cds for my clients (recording of live mix at wedding, cds for limo party etc. ) and came across these. The price was incredible and the results are flawless! The quality is very good and results in a clear, professional finish. Be sure to use high contrast images otherwise it won t show up too well - lightscribe is monochrome!I highly recommend this product, if only there were packs of 50 or 100!

#Infiniti LightScribe v2 52X CDR 700Mb 80min Gold (2009-05-09) I normally buy Verbatim disks as so far I have never had a bad one, but I needed something cheap for a project and I bought these. I have used a fair few of these disks now and I am delighted with the results. The picture quality when Lightscribed is very good, well on a par with other more expensive disks. I will be buying more of these and cutting down on the inflated prices of better known manufacturers.

(2009-03-24) Having recently purchased a new pc I was intrigued to discover it included something called LightScribe, a process for putting pictures and other information on the face of the disk. The Infiniti disks were well priced and downloading the templates was a doddle. The process took about 15 mins and worked well - much better than using a felt tip pen (unless you have beautiful handwriting!) Recommended.
