There s a jog - button for play and track select, two volume buttons and a Menu/select. It s skip-proof too - jiggling around with the player in my back pocket produces no skip. #Rediculously cute!!! (2004-05-06) My friend recently bought the Sony MzE310s minidisc player and was thoroughly pleased with it, this has I m affraid got me into minidisc fever and I can really see the advantages. The minidisc player works smoothly from the start no problems there really are no down sides to this product except maybe the lack of an in-line remote. I whole heartedly endorse this product.

#Best case I could find - could be bigger (2005-03-29) I found that I could fit an extra 50% capacity into the case - pitty they didn t supply more sleves. I ended up buying three of them and puting 150% capacity into two cases and dumping the spare case. Ended up expensive but it did the job for me.

(2004-10-08) i have this minidisc case for a bit more than a year now, the slots for the minidiscs are good in the way they hold everything in place, the bad thing, is that the seams on the edge of each slot are wearing out, the plastic join is seperating. it is pretty good value for money, protects your minidiscs. if you want it to transport your discs then buy it. if you want this to store your discs like a cd rack, then buy it, but dont expect the sleeves to stay in the same condition from the day you bought it. buy, but insert and take discs gently fr...

#Does the job... (2004-02-25) Brought this case just after xmas, even after reading some of the reviews posted [below]. Ok, I did have to cut each sleave along the top - but thats only because I prefer to keep the minidisc in its case aswell, this has originally been designed in preferance of ditching the minidisc case altogether, and just placing the minidisc itself into the wallets provided - either way you can do both!! It is good - its works, looks nice etc. and yeah ok it could do with holding a few more, but hey you can always buy another one - it aint much!!

#Good case, shame it can t hold more discs (2004-01-13) The case works pretty well, it s easy to put mini discs in, get them out and it keeps them safe. Not sure why the previous reviewer had problems and had to cut the sleeves, the discs just have to be inserted diagonally without the outer plastic holders. It could be improved however by being able to hold more discs, either on the reverse of the each sleeve or by simply having more of them. There is enough space in the case for at least 36 discs!Don t seem able to buy spare sleeves either which is a shame.

#Just the job! (2009-02-24) For those of us who went down the route of minidisk, mistakenly thinking that an infinite number of minidisks makes more sense than a finite amout of disk space, Amazon remains one of the few places on the planet where we can still purchase said media. Suffice to say it s always better to buy big brand media rather than tatty generic. (An opinion that has been proved right year after year. ) You can t get much better than the big S themselves. (Possible TDK!). They are just the thing for our ever widening radio-play collection (Radio 7 rules ok!).

#Freaking AMAZING!!! (2009-02-06) This little device is well worth the money. I actually bought this from Amazon several months ago and have been using it constantly. I have used it to record my band s rehearsals/jamming sessions. I also recorded a live gig that I went to see. (with permission from the band) The device picks up everything including the ambiance and has crystal clarity. This product is A. M. A. Z. I. N. G !!!!

#Edirol R09-HR (2009-01-12) This is a great little recorder with clear and accurate sound. The very tiny remote control is moderately useful although the sensor for the remote is on the curved end with the microphones and consequently often pointing away from the operator. The whole recorder is very easy to set up and use. The internal speaker is rather weedy but useful to check sound has been recorded and saves carrying earphones. Accessories are a bit expensive.
