#Portable CD Player (2009-02-10) I purchased this product in the middle of December and was delighted when it arrived the week before Christmas. The quality of sound produced is excellent and it s easy to programme. It s also portable and elegant. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It s given me hours of pleasure - one of the best purchases I ve ever made.

#just ok (2009-01-07) This does NOT have a headphone socket as stated in this review. The older version AZ1022 does but this one has an MP3 connection instead. I bought this model specifically so my daughter could listen through headphones so was obviously disappointed and surprised that it didn t have connection. Will have to try and get hold of old model now. Apart from this is standard rather flimsy cheap cd cassette. Ok for the money.

#I now call it Sony Jim (2009-06-11) I wanted something simple and easy to use. This is it! The sound is good, and it is good tempered when I set it down hard. The controls are a piece of cake. When you are 85 you just want a nice easy way to listen to your favourite records. This Sony Walkman is now my very best friend.

#Walkman (2009-06-05) This product has proved its worth. My husband (who is blind) dropped the walkman on a concrete floor and it still works perfectly. It is very easy to use as well.

#Wheres the clip?!! (2009-06-03) It would have cost sony pennies to put a clip on the back of this product. The only way i can use it when walking in the summer is to put it down my sweaty pants. It would probably fit in my coat in winter. Good product except for this.

#Boombox (2009-04-30) The Boombox was for my daughter who seems to enjoy using it. This was a birthday present of which she has used a great deal giving her hours of pleasure. I would recommend this product to other parents to purchase for their daughters.

It is easy to use, although it took me a while to select and store the radio stations. The instruction booklet could have been more informative and I went on line to find out more. An excellent product with good CD production and clear radio broadcasts. Well worth the money.

#Very good (2009-06-08) I am very pleased with this product. It has a very clear sound, though it took me a while to understand how the controls work as the instruction leaflet is not very explicite. I was also disappointed to learn that it did not have a carrying case with it. Other than that it is a very good buy.

#Quality bit of kit (2009-06-05) what do i say about this system, its overall performance is brilliant with the added perk of built in radio, battery life is very good, goes loud, good bass levels. . CD loading isnt loud, impressive little system really. . Recommend the Sennheiser PX100 s to go with this player, they make a perfect partnership. . Cheers
