#A terrible product. (2009-05-12) I have been burnt before with wireless devices by buying cheap and nasty devices that failed within hours of installation. However, whenever I came across this reasonably priced specification I was tempted. I thought the 60+ positive reviews outweighed the 13 (now 14)negative reviews. The keybord and mouse works straight away in WinXP, the software can help to customise a little more. Keyboard and mouse are very comfortable to use and work efficiently. If you put Vista into hibernation or sleep the keyboard and mouse connections are frequently lost, requiring me to turn the computer off physically rather than through Windows. . . i. e. a reboot.
