Forget about freezing baby food in ice-cube trays or big bulky plastic pots, these baby food weaning pots stage one are the future!

#Ace buy (2009-06-01) I was a bit put off buying these when I read some of the reviews, so I only bought one set. However, I ve had no problems whatsoever with them - they re brilliant! The ml markings are very helpful, the lids close securely, and six weeks into weaning, all eight cubes are in full working order. And they ve been used a lot, given Annabel Karmel s regime - my baby is better nourished than I am!All I ve done is followed the instructions on the pack, i. e. run warm (not super-hot) water over them before attempting to remove the cube and don t use a knife to help it al...
#A must have for weaning (2009-05-29) I found these really useful during early weaning. They are practical pots especially useful for puddings, a little small for main meals! I would definitely recommend that you start with these pots and not Stage 1 as they must be tiny. I am not convinced how robust the pots are and I do think with more use the tops will detach from the body of the pot.
#Happy Mummy Baby Cubes Food Portioners (2009-05-29) Neat little pots, ideal for storing baby food. / Lid has a good tight seal. Well worth buying.
#Great idea for the mummys (2009-04-14) Here in Germany I found no products of this kind. I find it very practically and it for my daughter and the grandchild bought. It is unfortunate, wich is somewhat expensive postage. I will continue look after good English products. many greetingsCarola
#Food portioners stage 2 not happy (2009-04-05) I brought some for stage 1 weaning and these were perfect so did not hesitate to buy these. So far 3 of these have broken in the freezer or cracked so I will not be purchasing anymore.

#Bumbo tray (2009-06-02) The tray fits easily onto the Bumbo seat. It is handy to use to put toys on etc. I am sure that I will use it for feeding when the time comes and am sure that it will come in handy.
#OK (2009-05-30) As the previous review says, it s really awkward to get on when baby is in the bumbo, and I ve got no idea how the other reviewer got their baby into the bumbo with the table in place! Handy though for playing on, and also for keeping baby in the chair!
#great if it stayed attached! (2009-05-14) As the previous review said, it s quite difficult to attach the tray with a child in it. I gave up after numerous attempts to do so. Therefore I would attach the tray first and then put my baby in the chair. It worked well for a couple of months, even though it was a headache to squeeze her in it with the tray on. She is nearly 8 months old now and I m not able to put her in the chair without knocking over the tray any more. So I stopped using it altogether. Although it was quite handy for the couple of months!
#Works once it is on, but hard to get there. (2009-04-23) The tray is great once you ve attached it to the Bumbo. The problem is that it is really difficult to attach with the child sitting in the Bumbo.
#FINALLY A TABLE THE BUMBO DESERVES (2009-04-06) I bought a Bumbo for my first child when he was 3 months old and 3 years later am using the Bumbo again for my second child now she s 3 months. A brilliant design for babies when they can hold their own heads up. I used to think 3 years ago. . . What a shame there s no table for when i start weaning. . . . Ta da! If you have a Bumbo and no Play Tray yet, get the Play Tray! (Shame they didn t do it sooner. ) It s really handy. I set my daughter up with her favourite board book or a few toys and she s amused for. . . well, a little wh...

#Not great (2009-06-08) I found that the lids didn t stay closed on all of the pots when I bought a pack. So I am going to buy Brother Max and hopefully they will be better.
#Great to use for 1st stage of weaning (2009-05-25) Really happy with the Mummy Baby cubes, I had some when my son was being weaned but they had been leant to me so I gave them back, was really pleased to find some online and for a good price that did exactly the same thing.
#cannot be steam sterilised (2009-05-21) My daughter in law bought these and was most disappointed when they were ruined in the steam baby bottle steriliser that she uses for all the baby s utensils. To sell a product specifically for baby food which cannot be sterilised seems ridiculous. Waste of money.
#Poor quality plastic (2009-04-22) These pots are not worth it, having used them once I now cannot close the lid shut as the plastic is not of could quality they are not freezer friendly or dishwasher friendly. . . I have realised that if you use an ice cube tray that each cube is the equivalent quantity to the stage 1 pots and you can easily transfer the puree into freezer bags.
#Good to get started (2009-04-12) These are great to start weaning if you are planning to cook for your baby. The size works well for the first few meals and you can use more than one later on. The only downside is they don t seal very tightly so don t work well for taking food when you are out.

#Great Idea but... (2009-05-20) These cubes are indeed very cute and I actually found the press button in the bottom quite useful and easy to use. Unfortunately they are smaller than I thought and dont store a lot. And my main problem is opening it, I always have to use a spoon or a knife to get the containers to open. Now I just use them as backup for when my other containers are all in use.
#Waste of money (2009-03-26) I was really excited by all the gimmicks of these pots, but in reality they don t live up to my expectations. The button at the bottom does not push out the frozen food and within a couple of weeks my baby was eating far more than these little pots can hold. I really wouldn t waste your money, just buy some icecube trays instead.
#brother max food pots (2009-03-05) product was good however, pen was very faint and easily wiped off by mistake and the pots smaller than i had imagined although ideal for first stage weaning.
#Baby food storage (2009-02-12) Love these little boxes, have bought 2 sets and would buy more, except they are a little expensive. Like the fact you can write on them, but if you defrost them in the fridge the writing melts (not much can be done about that though). I also have the large size containers, but something inbetween would be a nice addition to the range.
#Saves space and great for travel bags (2009-01-14) My wife purchased these recently in Boots. A friend had heard of this trendy, cool new brand Brother Max with lots of clever things and new ideas. She was attracted by the idea of being able to click the pots togther to take up less space in the freezer and wanted to just take one or 2 out for Holly s lunch when she is out and about. She was not disappointed. The little pots click on and off easily, and have easy open lids that lift up but also close firmly so her travel bag does not get messy!- she ll use the microwave when she s ...

Lindam microwave steriliser bags are the most convenient way to sterilise feeding bottles and accessories, ideal for travelling. Each bag is designed to fit 2 bottles and accessories and can be reused up to 20 times. The sterilisation cycle takes 3 minutes - only suitable for use in regular 500 1000W domestic microwave ovens

#Wouldnt buy them again.. (2009-06-01) This product was really tricky i thought . . . . My holiday wasnt as relaxing as i spent more time trying to get my bottles into these bags than anything else. . . I have dr brown bottles . . . if you have them do not buy this product. . these bags can only just fit 1 bottle in plus the bits that go with the bottle???Nightmare
#30 mins not 3 mins to sterilise 2 bottles! (2009-05-13) Bought these for going on holiday as it seemed an ideal quick, space saving solution. However I received the bags today and they are too small for the Tommee Tippee bottles I use, I can only fit one in at a time. Not too big a problem I thought as it only takes 3 minutes in the microwave, until you read the box that is. After the 3 minutes in the microwave you have to let the bag cool for 10 minutes before taking the bottle out, so to sterilise 2 of my bottles it would take about half an hour instead of the 3 mins stated....
#Lindam Microwave Steriliser Bags (2009-04-14) An excellent product. They are great for holidays, incredibly easy to use, very quick (3 minutes in the microwave!) and more importantly take up very little room in the suitcase! Highly recommended!First holiday abroad we didn t take anything for sterilising the bottles and used the boiling in a pan sterilising method but due to the high concentration of minerals in the bottled water it left a horrible chalky residue on everything. As a result I ended up breastfeeding despite painstaking efforts two weeks earlier to wean my daughter ...
