#Brilliant! Great for camping and much more travel than others (2009-06-18) Bought this so we can go camping and visiting family now little one has grown out of carrycot. Its brilliant! Simple and effective. Packs away neatly into a carry bag. Lightweight and easy to carry. We borrowed a cot style travel cot from our neighbours - hugely heave (I could hardly lift it) and rather cumbersome, not so much of the travel there then. I bought this so we could put it in our tent. Put the little one in it this afternoon and she loved it. Success all round I think. We were thinking of gettin...
#Travel Cot (2009-05-17) Baby hasn t had a chance to spend the night in this yet, but a friend has the same product and she said her baby loved it. It packs unbelievably small, only takes a few moments to put up. Packing up again is a little nacky but I have managed. I buy a lot of baby stuff from e-bay but these were selling for almost as much second hand as new - always a good sign!
#SUPERB TRAVEL COT! (2009-03-25) What can I say, this is a fabulous idea and a really versatile item. After trawling shops and websites in the hope of finding a good value travel cot, that actually seemed suited to the title of travel cot (I had issues with how much everything seemed to weigh), this just fitted the bill excellently. After getting our heads around the folding up mechanism for putting it away (opening is a doddle, it just pops out - stand back!), we can find very little to fault this item on. Our baby slept in it without any problem. The handy little cover to lay ...
#Great product. Well worth the money. (2009-03-13) This travel cot is a fab buy and truly portable and compact. I was surprised at how small and light this item is yet once unfolded so comfortable and snug. It literally takes a couple of minutes to put up. You undo the tie and the spring action does the rest. Stand well back though when you undo the tie as it does spring up with some force. The self inflating mattress does need a couple of breaths to top up but then easily zips into place under the tent. The soft cover then simply Velcro s in. The instructions to collapse weren t ...
#want a travel cot......look no further (2008-10-30) We researched travel cots before buying the NScessity model and it has not let us down. It is great value for money, spacious, well made and most imporatantly easy to put up and put down. It also has a very useful self-inflating mattress that comes as standard. Our friends have a Nomad travel cot and we did a test drive with it before buying anything. It was obviously well made but a real fiddle to put up - just like a mini tent with these telescopic poles to insert. Nightmare! The best thing about the NScessity is that once tak...

#Delighted with this travel cot (2009-05-02) Really happy with this travel cot. I bought it as my 16 month old is already too tall to sleep in the standard sized travel cot we bought for her from Mothercare when she was born. This cot is easy to transport, simple to put up and take down and is really sturdy. Most importantly though it s much longer than a standard sized cot and will be perfect for my daughter until she s ready to sleep in a bed when we travel. I bought an additional matress for it, which makes it a very comfortable bed. Not sure if I d use it without the additional...
#very long and narrow (2009-02-07) For a cotbed i found this too long and narrow. I personlly wanted a cot bed that will be suitable until such time that my son can sleep in a proper bed, however with this i felt that it would eventually become to narrow for him and he wouls end up waking him up.
#baby can sleep now! (2009-01-13) After using a traditional wooden cot with bars we found that this fabric sided cot much better as baby cannot thump her head on the wood. Easy to erect, transport, and can fold up to use on holidays. It is well made.

#Good product, but our son hates it..... (2009-06-16) I gave this 3 stars because I think the product s good (apart from the incomprehensible diagrams on how to fold it down - eventually, after a bit of swearing, you get the hang of it) but unfortunately our one year old will not go to sleep in it. It s so unlike his normal cot & he gets freaked out by the fact that he s completely enclosed. I guess some babies love something different and others find it very disorienting. Sadly, ours is the latter. So if your baby will sleep in this, it s a great product - compact, lightweight an...
#Great tent but needs a PhD to fold it away (2009-06-02) This is great tent for our 3 month old that we are using as travel cot. It has a great comfortable mattress and is well constructed. It also folds to a compartively small volume (would pass as hand luggage for a plane for instance. ) However, put apart 3 hours to work out how to fold it up. The instructions provided are both graphically and verbally unclear. In fact a graphic on the box was of more use. Could the manufacturer provide better instructions please, as this is otherwise a great product!
#FAB travel bed (2009-01-31) BRILLIANT travel bed for babies/toddlers (probably best for toddlers). My little boy loves it. It s so light to carry/travel with and just pops up. The mattress self-inflates (needs a couple of breaths to top it up). Pop in the sleeping bag and there you go. Total lifesaver for weekends away.
#Edward goes camping (2008-06-23) We spent quite a bit of time seeing which travel cots were available before buying this one. Our four-month old had outgrown his moses basket, so when we last went away in the VW campervan we had to get him something else. We bought this one to last, and he does look small & lost in it at the moment, but he slept really well. The size of it meant a rethink to our sleeping arrangements - we all had to sleep in the awning, but this wasn t a problem. Edward slept safely protected from the sun & wind while we packed up the awning at the end of the holid...
