#Phenomenal (2008-03-05) Sensational compilation - fabulous nutritional analysis, recommendations, recipes. Unbelievable, really. His website is also of the same quality - he has put together an amazing team with exceptional credentials. After searching many sites and books, I can (and will) raise my infant son on these nutritional principles - they are solid and so very detailed. Did you know to let your cabbage, onions and garlic stand after cutting?? If not, I think you d best get this book!

#It tastes good!!!!! (2007-04-08) This book is a very good read even if you don t try any of the recipes. There is much information about nutrition and all the claims are backed up by credible studies, sources etc. The recipes are also incredible. Most of them are very quick and easy to make. They all use fresh and healthy ingredients. Most importantly though, it comes out tasting good! No old cardboard taste. Just fresh and good! I ve tried at least 30 so far and I ve been very impressed. I m addicted!
